Flower Delivery Service

Delivery

Owing to government restrictions, we are currently operating a contactless next day delivery service only, using our drivers.  Please order before 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday for us to send out your order the following day, and before 5pm on Saturdays for delivery on Mondays.

Not In?

If no-one is home to receive the consignment, you can specify for your flowers to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. Please include this information in the 'comments' section of the checkout page, without this the flowers will be taken back to our shop and a ‘sorry we missed you’ delivery card will be left for the recipient.

Please note at this time our delivery service is strictly limited to Dublin City,  (D1 & D2) south Co. Dublin and Co. Wicklow.

Refund Policy

We guarantee our flowers for a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided that the care instructions are followed. We endeavour to dispatch all our flowers in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit, please contact us with an image of the flowers within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be liable for claims reported outside of this time. Where possible we will offer to replace the damaged flowers, however if this is not possible, we will offer a full refund to the purchaser at the managers discretion.
 

Flower Delivery Charges

We have a small delivery charge depending on the location of the delivery. These charges are as follows:

• Local Delivery (Dublin 6) - €5.95
• Dublin 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18,  20, 22, 24 - €10.00
