We normally deliver across counties Dublin & Wicklow and further afield by arrangement. Please note, due to Covid-19 restrictions, that we are currently only able to deliver to Dublin city, south Co Dublin and Co Wicklow. We will update you when this changes.

When do you deliver?
We normally deliver 7 days a week, but due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, we are delivering Monday – Saturday only, except for Valentine’s Day and Mothers’ Day, when a full delivery service will be in place on the respective Sundays, naturally.

Same day & next day 
For same day delivery, please order before noon to receive your flowers later that same day to any Dublin location, Monday - Saturday. Our drivers will safely deliver your bouquet between 9am and 7pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. 
If you require a specific time slot, we can arrange this for you but this will incur a surcharge of €10, in addition to the regular delivery charge. 
If no one is home to receive the flowers, a ‘Sorry we missed you’ delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was brought back to the shop / left with a neighbour / left in a safe place on the property. 

Next Day nationwide delivery
Monday-Friday: Please order before 3pm to arrange a next day delivery.
Saturday: Please order before 2pm to arrange delivery on Monday.

My order hasn't arrived yet...
We will aim to deliver your order between 9am - 7pm Monday – Saturday.
If you would like an update on the status of your order / delivery, please call our shop on 01 260 99 37 and we will contact the relevant driver to give you an up to the minute report.

Refunds & returns policy
We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful bouquets and offering excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please get in contact with us via email: [email protected] Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new bouquet or a partial/full refund.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service, so please do let us know why you are cancelling.  

Editing and amending your order
Wrong delivery address? Need to edit the gift message?  Selected the wrong delivery date? It’s not a problem, just call us 01 260 99 37, with your order details and let us know what you would like to edit or amend.
